China's new vice-president pledges allegiance to Constitution

BEIJING - China's newly elected vice-president Wang Qishan took an oath of allegiance to the country's fundamental law Saturday.

Wang was elected vice-president of China on Saturday at a plenary meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress.
