Exploring Picasso’s genius through masterpieces

What makes a Pablo Picasso work a masterpiece? An exhibition, running from Sept 4 to Jan 13 at the Musee National Picasso-Paris, seeks to answer the question by assembling many of the marvelous artist's great works from around the world.

Thanks to exceptional collaborations, recent restoration projects and loans from sister institutions, the more than 1,000 masterpieces on display in the exhibition are reflections of the events and partnerships that have brought the Musee National Picasso-Paris to life.
