Ministry: No new measures on rare earth trade

Fluctuations in China's rare earth exports were the result of the market, the Ministry of Commerce said on Thursday.

China has not implemented new management measures concerning the rare earth trade, the ministry spokesman Gao Feng told reporters at a news conference.
