Legislator urges use of mainland expertise in HK outbreak

David Wong Yau-kar, a Hong Kong deputy to the nation's top legislature, told China Daily on Wednesday the city should use the mainland's medical advice and expertise in combating the COVID-19 pandemic, instead of blaming good Samaritans for the outbreak.
