Jinan launched a 5G mobile nucleic acid test laboratory vehicle on Nov 19, first of its kind in Shandong province.

The test vehicle, independently developed by Yinfeng Gene Technology Co, integrates a 5G real-time data transmission system with automation equipment and an intelligent management system.

It can conduct 20,000 nucleic acid tests per day, and the results can be delivered in just two hours.

The vehicle will play a key role in COVID-19 prevention and control efforts and help guard against a rebound of the virus during winter and spring.
