Beijing welcomes new Cantonese restaurant

Cantonese restaurant Yummy! Enjoy Your Taste opened in Beijing on Saturday.

Located in a cultural and creative town in Chaoyang district, the restaurant is decorated in modern Hong Kong style.

The roasted goose is a must-try –all the birds are from Guangdong, aged 180 days and roasted by traditional methods for 40 minutes, creating a red shiny skin crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Stewed ox tongue in traditional clay pot is another signature dish, which uses open flames to cook quickly so the freshness and texture is preserved. As the pot is hot, the dish continues to cook as it's served to diners.
