Golden Pebble Beach honored a national model

Golden Pebble Beach is handpicked among the list of China's first eight national beautiful beach models, according to a recent poll by the Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment. The seaside resort is also the only one in Northeast China that made into the list.

Located in Jinpu New Area, Dalian city, Golden Pebble Beach stood out from multiple rounds of beautiful beach candidates selected by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in 2021.

Golden Pebble Beach is a national-level tourist resort approved by the State Council, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, a national marine park, and a national geological park. It is widely regarded one of the best seaside resorts in Northeast Asia.

The beach is surrounded by mountains and 42 square kilometers of sea, with gorgeous mountains, seas, beaches, reefs and other natural landscapes scattered along the coastline that stretches for more than 20 kilometers.

To further improve the quality of the regional marine ecological environment, a total of more than 30 million yuan ($4.48 million) has been invested to carry out beach maintenance and landscape restoration projects in the Gold Coast waters.
