Hong Kong police arrest man suspected of violating national security law

HONG KONG -- The National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police Force on Thursday morning arrested a 24-year-old man at the Hong Kong International Airport for suspected violation of the national security law in Hong Kong.
The police said the man is suspected of "conspiracy to collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security," contravening the national security law, and for suspected "conspiracy to doing an act or acts with seditious intention," contravening the Crimes Ordinance.
The arrested man is being detained for further enquiries.
Police revealed that the arrested person was suspected of having connection with the group of four persons arrested on Wednesday.
