Decoupling 'disastrous' for global fight against climate change: Erik Solheim

Countries need to properly manage the mixture of competition and cooperation to tackle the looming climate crisis, and decoupling would prove disastrous for the world, said Erik Solheim, former chief of the United Nations Environment Programme.
