On Dec 17, when entering Weiqiao village in Qingtongxia, Wuzhong city, Ningxia, one could see that the clean heating equipment in the courtyards of residents was in operation. It was warm and cozy inside the houses, and the environmental appearance of Weiqiao village had also taken on a completely new look.

Driven by the construction of beautiful countryside, Weiqiao village in Qingtongxia, Wuzhong city, Ningxia has become a pilot village for the construction of the "coal-to-electricity" clean heating project. State Grid Wuzhong Power Supply Company has adopted methods such as working backwards from the deadline and carrying out overlapping operations. It has invested 2.84 million yuan, newly built six distribution transformers with a total capacity of 2,400 kilovolt-amperes, newly constructed 6.25 kilometers of lines with a voltage level of 10 kilovolts and below, and renovated 134-meter boxes. In the past three years, in line with the concept of "government promotion, enterprises as the main body, and affordability for residents", State Grid Wuzhong Power Supply Company has precisely carried out the implementation and reserve of projects such as power source distribution, low-voltage line renovation, and capacity expansion and replacement of transformer areas, ensuring the effective connection between the construction of supporting power grids and the "coal-to-electricity" project.
