On the evening of Feb 10, as night fell and the lights were just coming on, He Yunpeng and Li Zhiwei, employees of the State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company, took advantage of the night to inspect and measure the temperature of the important power supply lines along the route of the Lantern Festival Shehuo performance in Kuitun city, and conduct a safety hazard investigation, ensuring a safe and brilliant festival.

On Feb 12, the highly anticipated Lantern Festival Shehuo performance in Kuitun city will grandly open at the square of the Kuitun Municipal Government. Activities such as dragon and lion dances, folk music and dance performances, and fun interactive games will be presented in a wonderful way. Important streets in Kuitun city, including Tuanjie Road, Beijing Road, and East and West Urumqi Roads, will become the Shehuo performance venues and key viewing areas for citizens.

To ensure a reliable power supply during the Shehuo performance and the safety of the general public, the State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company actively communicated with the event organizer, carried out on-site inspections in advance, learned about the performance route, and formulated targeted power-guarantee plans and handling pre-plans. It organized the Party member service team to inspect the transformers, distribution boxes, and power lines at the event opening ceremony site, namely the square of the Kuitun Municipal Government, to ensure worry-free power consumption for the on-site sound systems, live-streaming, etc. At the same time, it carried out special safety-hazard inspections on the main power-supply lines and key areas involved in the Shehuo performance, promptly identified and eliminated potential hazards, and made every effort to ensure the safe and stable power supply of important line equipment along the route during the Shehuo performance. In addition, the company will closely monitor the weather conditions, strengthen operational surveillance, and provide strong power support for the smooth progress of the Shehuo performance.

"This Shehuo performance will be carried out simultaneously by 18 Shehuo teams in two routes, involving six important power supply lines and 28 important power supply devices. Besides strengthening the inspection of line equipment, all the on-site repair work and the preparation of spare parts have been completed. During the event, we will also assign dedicated personnel to be stationed on-site to ensure power supply, and we will go all out to do a good job in ensuring power supply for the Shehuo performance," said Song Kangxing, the person in charge of the power supply guarantee work for this Lantern Festival event.
