Lau Chi-pang: Internationalize DSE to attract global students

Lau Chi-pang, a national political adviser from Hong Kong, suggested launching an international DSE examination to attract more international students to pursue higher education in China, providing them with opportunities to learn Chinese language and deepen their understanding of Chinese culture and history.
