Diplomats and representatives from 13 countries visited the Dalian Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone in Dalian, Liaoning province, on Tuesday.

They delved into Dalian's strengths in high-end petrochemical product research and development, green production processes, and intelligent management systems.
