Her Excellency Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, the First Lady of Pakistan, hosted His Excellency Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, during a formal meeting at Bilawal House.
The meeting was also attended by UAE’s Consul General in Karachi, Dr. Bakheet Ateeq Al Remeithi, Sindh Provincial Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, and the Mayor of Karachi, Barrister Murtaza Wahab.
Discussions during the meeting centered on areas of mutual interest, with a focus on boosting bilateral relations, enhancing cultural and economic ties, and identifying opportunities for collaboration in social development and public welfare projects.
First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari acknowledged the deep-rooted, friendly relations between Pakistan and the UAE, and expressed gratitude for the UAE’s sustained support in development and humanitarian efforts.
The UAE dignitaries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation with Pakistan across various sectors and conveyed appreciation for the warm reception and the constructive dialogue on shared interests.
