European scholars praise research environment in China

The China-EU Young Scientists Exchange Program was launched recently. China Daily interviewed Spanish biologist Santiago Montero-Mendieta and Zied Moumni, dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Paris Elite Institute of Technology.
