Watch it again: Updates on preparations for the upcoming victory anniversary events
The press center for the events commemorating the 80th anniversary of victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War holds its first news conference on Thursday.
Senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Beijing municipal government and the People's Liberation Army will present updates on the preparations for the events and take questions from journalists, according to a notice issued by the center.
