A: Vision, innovation and attention to relationships.

4.What's your favorite saying?

I appreciate a saying of Albert Einstein: "Insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result." And another saying of Abraham Lincoln: "The best way to predict your future is to create it."

5.As an accounting consultation service support supplier of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games Bid Committee, what was your experience?

First of all, I was very honored to be invited to Kuala Lumpur as part of the Chinese delegation. I was very excited to go through the two days there. And finally when they announced Beijing, that moment was just a part of the history, and I felt very proud of our country. PwC is very proud of being a part of making that history.

6.What is your "China Dream"?

My Chinese dream is to make sure PwC will continually contribute to China's success and not just being the No.1 firm but distinctive No.1 firm by delivering PwC's purpose and developing the best talents and rewarding careers for our people. That's what I want to do.

7.What kind of "green" lifestyle do you have?

My daughters pay attention to environment protection and often remind me to turn off lights. And I do not use the air conditioner.
