Delegations from China, North Korea, Japan and Mongolia attended the meeting. The Communist Party of China, Chinese Socialist Youth League, Chinese Kuomintang and Chinese workers, peasants, students, and other revolutionary groups were represented at the conference. The congress exposed the reactionary essence of a meeting held by the so-called imperialist countries on coordinating their interests in the Far East, and then summed up the experiences of people of Far East counties in carrying out their revolutionary struggle. The congress also clarified the historic tasks of oppressed nations to stand against imperialism and feudalism, according to Lenin's Theory. During the meeting, Lenin, despite being ill, met with Chinese delegates. Lenin encouraged the Chinese working class and revolutionary people to unite to promote the Chinese revolution.
