    Premier Li said in his government report that China aims to create 10 million more urban jobs to ensure the registered urban unemployment rate does not rise above 4.6 percent.

    7 million housing units

    China will begin to build more than 7 million units of government-subsidized housing, 4.7 million of which will be in rundown urban areas, said Premier Li in his government report. By the end of this year, 4.8 million units should be completed.
