DPRK to send high-ranking mourners to ROK

ROK honor guards carry the portrait of former ROK President Kim Dae-jung and the coffin containing his body yesterday at the National Assembly where a state funeral will be held in Seoul on Sunday.

SEOUL: The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) said yesterday it would send a high-ranking delegation to the Republic of Korea (ROK) to mourn former president Kim Dae-jung in the latest sign of easing tensions with the outside world.
