    Market blast kills five in Xi'an

    Rescuers carry the injured to hospitals after a blast ripped through a non-staple food market in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi Province July 14, 2003. Five were killed and nine injured in the explosion which broke out at about 11:30 am on Tanshi Street in the city center.
