    Indonesia court sentences 2nd Bali suspect to death

    An Indonesian court on Wednesday sentenced a fiery Muslim militant to death for his pivotal role in the Bali bombings, the second time the death penalty has been passed in connection with the attacks.

    Imam Samudra, a 33-year-old computer expert, had been charged with plotting, organizing and carrying out crimes of terror in relation to the nightclub blasts last October 12 that killed 202 people, mostly foreign tourists.
