    Bank head named

    The agricultural Bank of China, one of the country's big-four state-owned lenders, yesterday named Yang Mingsheng president. Yang has been in charge of the Agricultural Bank of China since the beginning of this year as the bank's previous President Shang Fulin was appointed chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the country's stock market watchdog.
