    Road accident kills four in northeast China

    A road accident killed four people and injured another at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday on an expressway between Shanhaiguan and Shenyang, northeast China's Liaoning Province.

    According to sources from Shenyang traffic police, a Nissan sedan scudded along the road and suddenly ran over the safeguard railing. The car fell on the ground several meters away from roadbed.

    Among the dead was a man surnamed Yang, a civil servant of the Liaoning provincial government, and his families. The chauffeur was severely wounded.

    Further investigation into the accident cause is underway.
