    Vietnamese deputy prime minister to visit China

    Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will pay a working visit to China during Oct. 10- 17 at the invitation of Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam announced on Thursday.

    "The visit will take place at a time when the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and China have been making new progresses," the ministry's spokesman Le Dung said at a regular press conference.

    The visit aims at exchanging views on measures to boost bilateral relations between the two countries, especially economy and trade in the near future.
