    Postgraduate program exam registration
    ( 2003-11-10 15:48) (Newsphoto.com.cn)

University students queue up to enter postgraduate program examinations at the Education Bureau of Fuzhou on Nov. 10, 2003, the first day of registrations. They stand in a 100-meter-long line that snakes from the bureau gate to the relevant office. There have been more and more college students taking postgraduate exams to meet societal demands in recent years. Reportedly 330,000 postgraduates enrolled this year -- an increase of 22 per cent year-on-year.  [Newsphoto]
