Miami Heat activate center Wang ZhiZhi
    ( 2003-12-30 09:44) (Agencies)

The Miami Heat activated 7-foot-1 center Wang Zhi-Zhi off the injured list Monday and placed forward Udonis Haslem on the list with a right knee sprain and a strained knee ligament.

Wang was signed as a free agent on Dec. 1, but has not played for the Heat. He had four points in two games last month with the Los Angeles Clippers before being waived.

A rookie who played in France last season, Haslem started the Heat's first 18 games before being replaced by Loren Woods in the starting lineup in early December. He averaged six points and 5.9 rebounds in 30 games this season.
