    New blast in southern Russia city, two dead

    A bomb explosion, the second in three days, struck the southern Russian city of Vladikavkaz on Thursday, killing two people, Interfax news agency reported.

    An explosion Tuesday in Vladikavkaz, northwest of rebel Chechnya, also killed two people, including a Russian serviceman.
