SPENDING MORE IN EDUCATION

堅(jiān)持優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育。中央財(cái)政已按全國(guó)財(cái)政性教育經(jīng)費(fèi)支出占國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的4%編制預(yù)算。

NATIONAL DEFENSE

積極開展信息化條件下軍事訓(xùn)練。

堅(jiān)決完成反恐維穩(wěn)、處置突發(fā)事件、搶險(xiǎn)救災(zāi)等任務(wù)。

HONG KONG, MACAO, TAIWAN

全力支持香港、澳門發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)，改善民生，推進(jìn)民主。

-- The central government will fully support Hong Kong and Macao in growing their economies, improving the people' s wellbeing and promoting democracy.
