李克強(qiáng)總理記者會(huì)金句速遞

3月15日（星期日）上午十二屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議閉幕后，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)在人民大會(huì)堂三樓金色大廳會(huì)見(jiàn)采訪十二屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議的中外記者并回答了記者們提出的問(wèn)題。去年，總理記者會(huì)上的那句“壯士斷腕”曾經(jīng)傳遍大街小巷，我們來(lái)看看今年總理又放了什么狠話。

簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)是政府的自我革命，削權(quán)是要觸動(dòng)利益的，它不是剪指甲，是割腕，忍痛也得下刀。
The pain (of reform) is still there and is becoming more acute. The government is reforming itself. Vested interests will be upset. This is not nail-clipping but taking a knife to one's own flesh. We are determined to keep going until the job is done.

以權(quán)謀公而不能謀私。
Government power can only be used for public good not for personal gains.

我想站在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的風(fēng)口上順勢(shì)而為，會(huì)使中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛起來(lái)。
I believe with the tail wind generated by our Internet Plus strategy, we will be able to bring Chinese economy off to a new level.

高手在民間，破繭就可以出蠶。
I believe there are a lot of people with brilliant talent among the people, and we must lift all the restrictions so they can bring their talent to best use.

環(huán)保法的執(zhí)行，不是棉花棒，是殺手锏。
We must ensure that the law will work as a powerful and effective tool in fighting pollution instead of being soft as cotton stick.

對(duì)于一個(gè)國(guó)家的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人來(lái)說(shuō)，不僅要繼承前人所創(chuàng)造的成就，也應(yīng)該擔(dān)負(fù)起前人的罪行所帶來(lái)的歷史責(zé)任。
For leaders of a country, they, while inheriting the historical achievements made by their forefathers, also need to shoulder the historical responsibilities for crimes committed in the past.

并不是中國(guó)向世界輸出了通縮，你說(shuō)叫“輸出者”，實(shí)際上我們是“被通縮”。
Although the consumer price level has fallen quite low in China recently, the country is not the exporter of deflation to the world. Actually, China is "being deflated".

中國(guó)是不是最大的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體。我在國(guó)外也經(jīng)常聽(tīng)到有這種說(shuō)法，總是有被忽悠的感覺(jué)。
Whether China has become the largest economy in the world? Actually I’ve heard such a view when I traveled abroad on foreign visits, but I always feel that there are some elements of misleading exaggeration in this conclusion.

中國(guó)是實(shí)實(shí)在在的發(fā)展中國(guó)家。
China is still a developing country in every sense of this term.

要說(shuō)中國(guó)搭便車(chē)，中國(guó)這么大塊頭，搭誰(shuí)的便車(chē)？中國(guó)是和大家一起在推車(chē)。
Talking about China’s free riding, for such a big country as ours, how could it be easy for it to get a free ride on anybody’s train? What China is doing is working with other countries in pursuit of common progress.

中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系會(huì)更加密切，這個(gè)中美關(guān)系的“壓艙石”會(huì)更沉更穩(wěn)。
China-US business ties will get even closer and it will put the overall China-US relationship on more solid footing.
