反腐紀(jì)錄片《永遠(yuǎn)在路上》熱播

以反腐為主線(xiàn)的專(zhuān)題片《永遠(yuǎn)在路上》于10月17日到25日晚八點(diǎn)在央視一套播出，因多名省部級(jí)高官落馬后首度現(xiàn)身而引發(fā)輿論關(guān)注。

Corruption Fight Is Always Underway, an eight-part documentary produced by the CPC Central Committee for Discipline Inspection and CCTV, was aired on national television to show the stories of former senior officials who have fallen from grace during the country's anti-graft drive.
由中紀(jì)委和中央電視臺(tái)制作的八集反腐紀(jì)錄片《永遠(yuǎn)在路上》在央視播出，展現(xiàn)了多名在反腐行動(dòng)中落馬高官的貪腐細(xì)節(jié)。

該紀(jì)錄片每集有一個(gè)主題，落馬高官紛紛“亮相”，多處案件細(xì)節(jié)首度公開(kāi)，多例典型案例深入剖析，多段鮮活的監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(jì)故事，這部紀(jì)錄片已成為一本生動(dòng)的“反腐教科書(shū)”。

第一集：人心向背（winning or losing public support）

周本順（河北省委原書(shū)記）：“我做夢(mèng)都沒(méi)有想到我會(huì)落到這種結(jié)局。從小我們吃過(guò)很多苦，所以是從貧寒之家出來(lái)的，從小就痛恨貪官，到最后自己成了貪官，我感覺(jué)這是一個(gè)莫大的悲哀。”
“I never expected I would have such an ending. I was brought up in a poor family and endured a lot of hardships since childhood. I hated corrupt officials since I was young, but I became one in the end. It's just so sad."”

白恩培（全國(guó)人大環(huán)資委原副主任）：“理想信念丟失了，精神追求沒(méi)有了，突破了做人的底線(xiàn)，連法律的紅線(xiàn)也觸摸了。我悔恨，共產(chǎn)黨多年培養(yǎng)的省委書(shū)記，怎么變成這樣子，我給黨組織帶來(lái)的損失太大了。”
“Ideals and faith were lost, so was spiritual pursuit. I have crossed the bottom line and touched the red line in law. I deeply regret my actions. As a Party chief trained and educated by the Communist Party of China for so many years, how could I become such (a corrupt official)? I caused huge damage to the Party.”

李春城（四川省委原副書(shū)記）：“人生都是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)直播，沒(méi)有辦法重來(lái)，而每個(gè)人都得為自己的行為負(fù)責(zé)，這是亙古不變的。”
“Life is like a live broadcast. There's no way of rewinding time. Everyone has to be responsible for his or her behavior. That's the rule.”

第二集：以上率下（setting good examples）

谷春立（吉林省原副省長(zhǎng)）：“規(guī)定是肯定學(xué)了，但是有時(shí)候氛圍整得融洽一些，我也覺(jué)得，有時(shí)在酒桌上協(xié)調(diào)點(diǎn)事，能夠增進(jìn)一些感情相互了解，所以協(xié)調(diào)起來(lái)工作比較方便。”
“I have learned the rules and regulations for sure, but at times, I felt it would be easier to get work done if we could talk about business at dinner table, this would help us further understand each other as well.”

萬(wàn)慶良（廣州市委原書(shū)記）：“跟他們一起活動(dòng)，都不用自己買(mǎi)單。當(dāng)然有不少都是企業(yè)家，就覺(jué)得這點(diǎn)他們也會(huì)處理，沒(méi)有去想這個(gè)事。覺(jué)得大家都這樣，就有種隨波逐流的思想，沒(méi)有牢固的廉潔從政的這種敏銳性。”
“I never paid for myself when I was with business people. I thought it was a common practice. I failed to bear in mind the importance of the 'clean-hands policy' in government administration.”

第三集：踏石留印（leaving marks when treading on stones）

王天普（中石化原黨組成員總經(jīng)理）：“隨著職務(wù)的升高，在不同的一種層面的職務(wù)，它有不同的一種消費(fèi)的方式和消費(fèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，還有一種攀比的心態(tài)。就在這種大環(huán)境下，在你的職務(wù)這種光環(huán)下，忘乎所以了。”
“Over the years, I was appointed to increasingly higher-ranked positions and I couldn't help but compete with my peers on banquet spending. I had my head in the clouds when I held such high positions.”

楊衛(wèi)澤（南京市委原書(shū)記）：“原來(lái)私人企業(yè)主請(qǐng)我吃飯，我認(rèn)為大家都很熟悉了吃就吃吧，好像覺(jué)得不是什么大事，這實(shí)際上就是思想上的放松，到最后放縱，最后害了自己。”
“I am a victim of my own making. My wrongdoings started with meals with business people. I didn't think it was a big deal to have meals with them. But what started as a little indulging ended up getting way out of hand.”

第四集：利劍出鞘（swords shown）

蘇榮（十二屆全國(guó)政協(xié)原副主席）：“不僅毀掉了我自己，也坑了老婆，害了兒子，將全家?guī)辖?jīng)濟(jì)犯罪的深淵。他們?nèi)绻皇菚?shū)記的老婆，書(shū)記的兒子，沒(méi)有我這個(gè)省委書(shū)記，什么都干不成，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題。”
“My corruption destroyed not only myself, but also my wife and son, sending the whole family into an abyss of economic crimes....Without a Party chief like me, they would not have acted like that.”

聶春玉（山西省委原常委、秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)）：“都是逢年過(guò)節(jié)看望，一般來(lái)說(shuō)兩三萬(wàn)美元。但是一般不直截了當(dāng)說(shuō)，我要當(dāng)哪個(gè)書(shū)記，或者我要當(dāng)哪個(gè)縣長(zhǎng)，閑扯兩句話(huà)就走了。......心里也都清楚，每個(gè)干部目的是，下一步是想干啥都清楚，應(yīng)該清楚。”
“During holidays, officials at lower levels came to send usually $20,000-30,000 (as bribes). They don't say directly what they wanted ... But I know every official's purpose.”

第五集：把紀(jì)律挺在前面（disciplines first）

呂錫文（北京市委原副書(shū)記）：“我真的不好意思去打聽(tīng)，這個(gè)房子到底給我優(yōu)惠了多少錢(qián)，我自始至終沒(méi)有去問(wèn)，我根本不敢去打聽(tīng)，真的，我真的就不敢，我說(shuō)我有點(diǎn)挺怕面對(duì)這個(gè)的。”
“I was embarrassed and ashamed to ask about exactly how much discount they gave me on the houses. I never asked about that. I didn't dare to ask, really. I felt like I was kind of afraid of facing it.”

第六集：拍蠅懲貪（bringing down both tigers and flies）

張士龍（寧陽(yáng)縣民政局福利辦原主任）：“我當(dāng)時(shí)因?yàn)槌垂善保笃鸫舐洌惶炜梢缘靡环皱X(qián)沒(méi)有，所以還剩不到一萬(wàn)塊錢(qián)，所以為了從股市上補(bǔ)回一點(diǎn)損失吧。”
“I lost heavily in the stock market a few years ago. I (took the public funds for disadvantaged families) to cover for the losses in the stock market.”

潘光旭（銀海區(qū)征地辦原工作人員）：“想過(guò)是違法，但是呢，還是要去做，思想就是感覺(jué)上這個(gè)班好像沒(méi)什么錢(qián)一樣，覺(jué)得錢(qián)太少了，那種貪婪、虛榮之類(lèi)的。”
“I've contemplated the consequences of what I did. I knew it was illegal, but I failed to stop the violations because I was greedy for money and mine was not enough for me.”

第七集：天網(wǎng)追逃（skynet hunting）

王國(guó)強(qiáng)（遼寧省鳳城市委原書(shū)記）：“姑娘就問(wèn)我你為啥，咱家缺錢(qián)嗎？你跟我媽都是公務(wù)員，單位都不錯(cuò)，你又是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，缺錢(qián)嗎？我沒(méi)法回答孩子，我覺(jué)得那一刻我不是父親了，我就好像面對(duì)檢察官來(lái)提審我一樣，心里很痛。”
“My daughter said: 'What's this all about? You and mom have nice jobs and you are an official. You have enough money!' I felt incompetent as a father at that moment. It felt like that I was being interrogated by a procuratorate officer, that was painful.”

李華波（江西省鄱陽(yáng)縣財(cái)政局原股長(zhǎng)）：“去一次以后就覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)上癮，有時(shí)候真的是有點(diǎn)不計(jì)后果的樣子，拿了以后輸了，輸了又去拿，好像到自己家里保險(xiǎn)柜里拿錢(qián)一樣的。”
“I got into gambling there (casinos in Macao) after visiting for the first time. Regardless of the consequences, I lost heavily, but came back with public money.”

第八集：標(biāo)本兼治（addressing both the symptoms and root causes of corruption）

劉鐵男（國(guó)家發(fā)改委原副主任）：“中央發(fā)了很多的紀(jì)律要求，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部子女不能做生意，80年代就有。明知道違紀(jì)結(jié)果還要去做，利令智昏，我就想想是利令智昏，讓自己的智商都低了，判斷問(wèn)題的能力都低了，太深刻了。”
“I was aware of the regulations that prohibit the offspring of officials from doing business (in the areas or the same city where the officials are in charge). It was the lust for money that clouded my judgment and lowered my IQ. This is a hard lesson.”

蔣潔敏（國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委原主任）：“我自己的罪過(guò)很大，對(duì)國(guó)家、對(duì)人民、對(duì)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)、對(duì)黨的形象，都造成了特別重大和無(wú)可挽回的影響和損失。認(rèn)罪、服法。”
“I've committed heinous crimes. I caused a huge loss for the country's natural resource development and tainted the reputation of the Communist Party of China. I plead no contest to the conviction.”
