家和萬事興：習(xí)近平談家庭的重要性

春節(jié)假期結(jié)束，大家紛紛返回工作崗位，學(xué)生們也準(zhǔn)備開學(xué)了。是時(shí)候給大家預(yù)備一點(diǎn)英語學(xué)習(xí)資料了。不如，咱們就說一說“家”吧。

2月14日，習(xí)近平主席在2018年春節(jié)團(tuán)拜會(huì)上的講話中強(qiáng)調(diào)了家庭的重要性，他指出，千家萬戶都好，國(guó)家才能好，民族才能好。

團(tuán)圓最幸福，團(tuán)結(jié)最有力。春節(jié)是萬家團(tuán)圓的日子。
During the Spring Festival, when members of a family get together, we feel that reunion is happiness and unity is strength.

中華民族歷來重視家庭，家和萬事興。
Family has always been valued by the Chinese people and harmony in a family makes everything successful.

我們要積極培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀，弘揚(yáng)中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德，把愛家和愛國(guó)統(tǒng)一起來。
We should nurture and practice core socialist values, foster the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and love both family and the country.

用我們4億多家庭、13億多人民的智慧和力量，匯聚起奪取新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大勝利、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國(guó)夢(mèng)的磅礴力量。
We should pool the wisdom and strength of more than 1.3 billion Chinese people in more than 400 million households to strive for the great success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

其實(shí)，在此前的多個(gè)場(chǎng)合，習(xí)近平主席都曾經(jīng)講過家庭教育、家庭和諧及美德的重要性。

他在十九大報(bào)告中提出要深入實(shí)施公民道德建設(shè)工程：

深入實(shí)施公民道德建設(shè)工程，推進(jìn)社會(huì)公德、職業(yè)道德、家庭美德、個(gè)人品德建設(shè)，激勵(lì)人們向上向善、孝老愛親，忠于祖國(guó)、忠于人民。
We will launch a civic morality campaign to raise public ethical standards, and enhance work ethics, family virtues, and personal integrity. We will encourage our people to strive for excellence and to develop stronger virtues, respect the elderly, love families, and be loyal to the country and the people.

在2017年春節(jié)團(tuán)拜會(huì)上，習(xí)近平引用“感人心者，莫先乎情”，強(qiáng)調(diào)中華民族對(duì)真情的重視：

我們要讓真情大義像春風(fēng)一樣吹遍神州大地，吹進(jìn)千家萬戶，給每一個(gè)中華兒女帶來溫暖。
Love should reach to every family and bring warmth to all Chinese like a spring breeze blowing across the nation.

中華民族歷來重真情、尚大義。
The Chinese people have always valued love and high morality.

真情，需要用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀來引領(lǐng)，需要用中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德來滋養(yǎng)。
Love should be guided by socialist core values and nurtured by traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.

2016年12月，習(xí)近平在會(huì)見第一屆全國(guó)文明家庭代表時(shí)，希望大家注重家庭、家教、家風(fēng)。他指出：

廣大家庭都要重言傳、重身教，教知識(shí)、育品德，身體力行、耳濡目染，幫助孩子扣好人生的第一粒扣子，邁好人生的第一個(gè)臺(tái)階。
Parents should instruct their children through word and deed, giving them both knowledge and virtue and practicing what they teach. They should help their children button the first button in their lifetime and take the first step on the ladder of life.

在2015年春節(jié)團(tuán)拜會(huì)上，習(xí)近平表示“家庭是社會(huì)的基本細(xì)胞，是人生的第一所學(xué)校”：

家庭是社會(huì)的基本細(xì)胞，是人生的第一所學(xué)校。不論時(shí)代發(fā)生多大變化，不論生活格局發(fā)生多大變化，我們都要重視家庭建設(shè)，注重家庭、注重家教、注重家風(fēng)，使千千萬萬個(gè)家庭成為國(guó)家發(fā)展、民族進(jìn)步、社會(huì)和諧的重要基點(diǎn)。
Family is the basic cell of society and the first school of our life. No matter how time has changed, the family value, family education and family building must be stressed so that the millions of families become important points for national development, ethnical progress and social harmony.

發(fā)揚(yáng)光大中華民族傳統(tǒng)家庭美德，促進(jìn)家庭和睦，促進(jìn)親人相親相愛，促進(jìn)下一代健康成長(zhǎng)，促進(jìn)老年人老有所養(yǎng)。
Chinese traditions and virtues of family harmony and affection should not be forgotten so as to ensure that the young grow up healthily and senior citizens are taken care of.
