Han Jun (R2), vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and Long Guoqiang, director-general of the General Office of DRC, celebrate Ma Bin(L2)'s 100th birthday in Beijing on Feb 11.

Han Jun, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), and Long Guoqiang, director-general of the General Office of DRC, celebrated Ma Bin's 100th birthday in Beijing on Feb 11, on behalf of DRC’s Minister Li Wei.

Ma is a former vice-minister of DRC. Lai Youwei, vice-director-general of DRC's General Office, and old comrades such as Deng Shoupeng and Li Shantong also joined the celebration.
