    It is a traditional Wuhu snack that has a century-old history. The patent flour is selected to make the skin, to ensure that the skin does not break easily, thus preventing its stuffing and soup from spilling out.

    The steamed skin is thinly wraps a yummy pork. When autumn and winter comes, the hot cooked crab fat will be added into the stuffing.

    It is a halal food often served in restaurants opened by the Hui people. First, clean the feet, liver, intestine and other giblets of ducks in the water before deboning them. Add flavorings such as salt, sugar, cooking wine, cinnamon, clove and seasoned citrus peel and dry the pickled feet under the sun.

    Then put one liver and duck fat in each duck foot and fasten the foot with the intestine. Once steamed, a fragrant smell is emitted and is delicious when chewed. It can be eaten by hand or cut into round blocks and placed in the plate to serve with beers and tea.

    It is a unique Wuhu snack and has already become popular in Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong and other places.

    • Choose local fresh goat meat and cut them into big pieces. ? ?
    • Boil the meat in hot water with with rapid fire to rid it of the smell of blood and giblets ? ?
    • Skim the floating foam away and cut the big pieces into small ones ? ?
    • Add cold water and stew the meat with seasonings such as scallion and ginger ? ?
    • Cook till medium-well before adding salt, crystal sugar, pepper and soy sauce ? ?
    • Serve the meats on a plate and add monosodium glutamate and cilantro ?

    This cooking method has kept all the essence of the goat meat and is good for your fitness and health.
