An investment promotion event for the real estate project, Joyful Mansion, was recently held in Hong Kong. More than 50 senior businessmen from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's real estate industry were in attendance, according to the Liangjiang administrative committee.

During the promotion meeting, it was revealed that businessmen from Hong Kong will organize an investigation trip to the Chongqing municipality around the middle of May to gain a better scope of the investment environment in the city.

During the promotion meeting, a total of 28 land parcels - including 16 residential land parcels - were introduced, covering an area of 112.73 hectares.

According to Wang Fuqing, president of the Chongqing Yuelai Investment Group, the Joyful Mansion project contains three parts comprising of the exhibition center, ecological center and smart center; the land for business use is mainly allocated to the exhibition center.

On the basis of introducing new businesses to the area, Yuelai Group will further improve supporting facilities there, including high-end public services and schools.

Yuelai Investment Group was selected as one of the Top 100 Enterprises in Chongqing in 2014, according to a report jointly released by the Chongqing Enterprises Association, Chongqing Entrepreneurs Association and Chongqing Municipal Federation of Industrial Economics.
