Another 31 new COVID19 cases are confirmed Tuesday in New York State, 17 of which in New York City, bringing the total Coronavirus cases in NY State to 173.
New York plans to deploy National Guard troops to help close large public spaces in New Rochelle, in an effort to slow down the spread of the novel coronavirus outbreak in the suburb of New York City, Governor Andrew Cuomo said.
