In recent days, it has felt as if the world is splitting into two parallel universes.
In the Rose Garden, the US brandished the "tariff nuke," hiking duties on Chinese imports to a jaw-dropping 145% and casting a long shadow over global trade.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the planet, 20-year-old American YouTuber iShowSpeed was wrapping up his mind-blowing China tour, his one-shot livestream presented China as it is in a panoramic view, one that has not been edited or filtered, showcasing a modern, open, and dynamic wonderland to his 38 million followers.

    "China is insane!"

What is China like today? Cruising at 350?km/h on China's bullet train, Speed expected lost signals in the tunnels. But no — the 5G connection stayed rock-solid, and his livestream never even skipped a beat. "There's internet underground in China!" he exclaimed.

When he slid into the Xiaomi SU7?Ultra, Speed discovered that this electric supercar outpaced his Lamborghini — yet cost only a fraction of the price, "why doesn't America sell this car?" he asked, stunned.

The real jaw-dropper was the BYD Yangwang?U8. It could spin in place and even drive through 3 meters water. Sitting inside, Speed shouted, "China is insane!"

He also danced with robots and took a ride in a flying car. Each livestream offered a front-row seat to China's cutting-edge innovations.

Speed danced beneath Chongqing's neon skyline, breathless and wide-eyed. "Bro, this city's from the future!" he shouted, spinning to capture 3D billboards, glowing bridges, and sci-fi skyscrapers.

One American commenter wrote, "This is what happens when you invest in infrastructure instead of war."

    "This is real love"

Speed also headed to the Shaolin Temple to learn Chinese kung fu. Master Liang, a local kung fu master patiently taught him the moves of the Chinese martial art. When Speed offered to pay, the master smiled and said, "China and America are friends. Friends don't need money."

In Chengdu, a traditional Chinese physician checked his pulse and gave him an acupuncture treatment — offering Speed a firsthand look at China's ancient healing traditions.

In Chongqing, Speed came across a group of aunties dancing in public squares. Despite the language barrier, aunties invited Speed into the circle and taught him to say "I love you" in Chinese. Speed can't stop smiling: "This is love, bro. This is real love".

Through Speed's eyes, the hospitality, kindness and generosity of the Chinese people shattered stereotypes, showing global audiences that they are as friendly and vibrant as anyone else.

While the US uses tariff as a weapon to exert maximum pressure for its own selfish gains, severely hurting the legitimate rights and interests of all countries, pitching itself against the rest of the world, Speed's livestream buzzed with global laughter and joy.

His journey through China proved that, what people truly want is deeper connections rather than higher tariffs. Direct cultural exchange can break down prejudice and foster understanding and friendship between nations.

After all, who could resist an electric car that can even swim? Well, except for the US tariff list, of course.
