中俄聯合聲明要點（雙語）

應中華人民共和國主席習近平邀請，俄羅斯聯邦總統普京于2014年5月20日對中華人民共和國進行國事訪問。兩國元首在上海舉行了會晤，會后發表中俄聯合聲明（joint statement）。

以下為聲明部分要點：

在中俄貿易、投資和借貸中擴大中俄本幣直接結算規模；加強宏觀經濟政策領域交流

The two countries will expand local currency settlement for bilateral trade, cross-border investment and financing and will strengthen exchanges for the formulation of macro-economic policies.

努力推動雙邊貿易額在2015年前達到1000億美元、在2020年前達到2000億美元

To increase bilateral trade to 100 billion U.S. dollars by 2015 and 200 billion U.S. dollars by 2020

保障雙邊貿易平衡，優化貿易結構，大力增加相互投資，包括在俄境內建設交通基礎設施項目，綜合開發礦產資源，建設經濟型住房

To ensure balanced trade, optimize trade structure and expand mutual investment in fields like transportation infrastructure, mining development, and housing projects in Russia

進一步深化石油領域一攬子合作，盡快啟動俄對華供應天然氣

To deepen cooperation in the petroleum industry, kick-start Russia's supply of natural gas to China as soon as possible

開展和平利用核能、民用航空、航天基礎技術研究、衛星導航和載人航天等領域重點項目的合作

To strengthen cooperation in major projects in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, civil aviation, research on basic aerospace technologies, satellite navigation and manned space flight

擬于2015年1月1日建立的歐亞經濟聯盟將促進地區穩定，進一步深化雙邊互利合作。

The Eurasian Union, scheduled to be established on January 1, 2015, will help promote regional security and stability and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.

雙方承諾在亞太經合組織框架下加強協調與合作，共同推進亞太地區的經濟增長與繁榮。俄方愿與中方保持密切溝通與協調，一道推動會議在推進區域經濟一體化，促進經濟改革與增長，加強全方位基礎設施與互聯互通建設等領域的優勢。

The two pledged to strengthen coordination and cooperation under the framework of the APEC and to jointly promote the economic growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Russia will closely work with China to take advantage of the meeting to promote economic integration, reforms and growth and building of transportation infrastructure.
