習(xí)近平同吉爾吉斯斯坦總統(tǒng)熱恩別科夫舉行會談

國家主席習(xí)近平6日在人民大會堂同吉爾吉斯斯坦總統(tǒng)熱恩別科夫舉行會談。兩國元首一致同意建立中吉全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系（establish a comprehensive strategic partnership），翻開兩國友好合作新篇章。

"It is another landmark event in the history of bilateral ties that China and Kyrgyzstan will establish a comprehensive strategic partnership, which will inject new impetus into the development of bilateral ties," Xi told Jeenbekov.

習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，中吉兩國建立全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，是兩國關(guān)系史上又一件具有里程碑意義的大事，為兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展注入了新的動(dòng)力。

Standing at a new starting point, China is willing to work with Kyrgyzstan to carry forward the traditional friendship and conduct all-round cooperation so as to achieve national development and better benefit the two peoples, said Xi.

站在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上，中方愿同吉方一道，弘揚(yáng)兩國世代友好精神，致力于發(fā)展全方位友好合作，共同奮斗實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展振興，更好造福兩國人民。

Noting that Kyrgyzstan was one of the first countries to support and participate into the Belt and Road Initiative and related construction, Xi said China would like to make joint efforts with Kyrgyzstan to open minds and explore potentials to lift bilateral cooperation to a new level.

習(xí)近平指出，吉爾吉斯斯坦是最早支持和參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)的國家之一。中方愿同吉方開拓思路，挖掘潛力，推動(dòng)雙方合作不斷邁上新臺階。

He called on both sides to enhance synergy in development strategies and policy coordination, seek more converging interests and growth points, jointly plan key areas and major projects, expand trade and investment, and speed up construction of major projects.

要加強(qiáng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對接和政策協(xié)調(diào)，尋找更多利益交匯點(diǎn)和增長點(diǎn)，共同規(guī)劃好兩國合作重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域和項(xiàng)目，要擴(kuò)大經(jīng)貿(mào)投資，加快推動(dòng)大項(xiàng)目合作。

Both countries should expand cultural and people-to-people exchanges and local cooperation to boost neighborly friendship, said Xi, who also stressed the importance of improving security cooperation to fight the "three evil forces" of terrorism, extremism and separatism and organized crime across the border.

要擴(kuò)大人文和地方合作，增進(jìn)睦鄰友好；要提升安全合作水平，打擊“三股勢力”和跨國有組織犯罪。

Xi spoke highly of Kyrgyzstan's support for China since it has taken the rotating presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) last June, saying that China stands ready to work with Kyrgyzstan to promote the SCO so it can develop along a healthy and stable track.

習(xí)近平高度評價(jià)吉爾吉斯斯坦對中國擔(dān)任上海合作組織主席國工作給予的大力支持，表示中方愿與吉方共同努力，推動(dòng)上海合作組織沿著健康穩(wěn)定軌道向前發(fā)展。

Jeenbekov, who is in China on a state visit and to attend the SCO Qingdao Summit scheduled to be held this weekend, said Kyrgyzstan admires China's social and economic achievements and appreciates China's long-term valuable assistance. The establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership unveils a new chapter in the bilateral relationship, he said.

正在對中國進(jìn)行國事訪問并出席上海合作組織青島峰會的熱恩別科夫表示，吉方欽佩中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展成就，感謝中方長期以來給予的寶貴幫助。今天吉中建立全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，使兩國關(guān)系掀開嶄新的一頁。

Jeenbekov said it has always been Kyrgyzstan's priority to develop ties with China and Kyrgyzstan has been and will continue to be a most reliable neighbor, partner, and friend of China.

吉爾吉斯斯坦把對華關(guān)系置于優(yōu)先方向，過去、現(xiàn)在和將來都是中國的最可靠的鄰居、伙伴和朋友。

Kyrgyzstan will firmly adhere to the one-China policy, stand ready to advance pragmatic cooperation with China in the areas of economy and trade, cultural and people-to-people exchanges, and jointly combat "three evil forces," as well as work together in safeguarding regional peace, stability and security, said Jeenbekov.

吉方將堅(jiān)定奉行一個(gè)中國政策，愿同中方加強(qiáng)經(jīng)貿(mào)、人文等領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作，協(xié)力打擊“三股勢力”，共同維護(hù)本地區(qū)和平、穩(wěn)定與安全。

Kyrgyzstan backs the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative and believes the initiative will greatly promote common development in the region, said the Kyrgyz president, adding that Kyrgyzstan will maintain the continuity of all cooperative agreements with China. Jeenbekov said his country is confident that the SCO Qingdao Summit will be a success under the leadership of China.

吉方支持“一帶一路”偉大倡議，相信它一定會有力推動(dòng)本地區(qū)共同發(fā)展。吉方將保持兩國各項(xiàng)合作協(xié)議的延續(xù)性。吉爾吉斯斯坦堅(jiān)信，在中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，上海合作組織青島峰會一定會圓滿成功。
