央行(central bank)一位高級官員透露，互聯網金融風險專項整治工作領導小組辦公室(Office of the Special Rectification Work Leadership Team for Internet Financial Risks)近日已向地方政府(local government)下發文件，要求比特幣礦場(bitcoin miner, bitcoin mining company)有序退出比特幣挖礦業務(orderly exit the business)。這一監管舉措(regulatory move)是監管部門將進一步收緊比特幣監管(further tighten regulation on bitcoin)的跡象。出于對比特幣可能增加有害投機行為(boost harmful speculation)的擔憂，去年監管部門關閉了國內所有的比特幣交易平臺(bitcoin trading platform)。

一些比特幣礦場對《中國日報》表示，已接到當地政府限制用電(limit electricity consumption)的通知，有些比特幣礦場已將部分挖礦業務轉移至海外(move part of the mining business overseas)，搬遷到蒙古等土地租賃(land rental)和用電成本相對較低的地區。近來，比特幣價格波動劇烈(bitcoin prices have been on a roller coaster recently)。據比特幣新聞網站CoinDesk報道，12月30日，比特幣價格由前一天的14951美元跌至12307美元，1月4日又回升至14762美元。

《人民日報》3日發表評論文章《比特幣，狂歡后的回歸》稱，比特幣價格存在泡沫，已是一個無需討論的問題(price bubble exists for bitcoin, which needs no more discussion)，無論是從漲幅還是從幣值本身看，比特幣都泛濫著泡沫的味道。其所謂的優勢：稀缺性(scarcity)、保真性、強流動性(high-liquidity)、透明度以及去中心化(decentralization)等，都只是投機的幌子(disguises for speculation)，根本不可能支撐其過山車一樣的漲勢，近日的暴跌已經非常說明問題。

但當日下午，法律界人士對賬單首頁的一行小字"我同意《芝麻服務協議》"提出質疑，認為支付寶在用戶不知情狀態下獲取信息。這些字隱藏在首頁下方(be buried at the bottom of the landing page)，非常不顯眼，并自動呈現勾選狀態(be ticked by default)，也就意味著用戶如果不取消勾選，就自動視為同意。用戶在查看支付寶賬單時，可能不知不覺中就授予了支付寶收集用戶信息并將其與合作機構分享的權利(give Alipay the authorization to collect users' information and share it with partner organizations)。

網友紛紛對支付寶的"套路"表示不滿。支付寶于3日晚間發布道歉聲明并調整了設置(tweak the settings)，讓該條款聲明在頁面上更加顯眼(make the agreement statement more prominent on the page)，并為已經默認勾選了同意協議的用戶提供了取消同意(rescind their consent)的辦法。
