總理在第十屆亞歐首腦會(huì)議上談亞歐合作

亞歐大陸也是世界上發(fā)展機(jī)遇最多、潛力最大的大陸。亞歐會(huì)議創(chuàng)立18年來，成員國間政治對話不斷加深，務(wù)實(shí)合作蓬勃發(fā)展，社會(huì)文化交流日趨廣泛，利益交匯點(diǎn)不斷擴(kuò)大，客觀上已形成休戚與共的責(zé)任和命運(yùn)共同體。本次會(huì)議的主題是“構(gòu)建負(fù)責(zé)任伙伴關(guān)系，促進(jìn)可持續(xù)增長與安全”，具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。中方愿與亞歐各國一道，培育和凝聚亞歐共同體意識，倡導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)亞歐團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，開放兼容，同舟共濟(jì)，積極構(gòu)建面向和平與發(fā)展的亞歐新型全面伙伴關(guān)系。在此，我提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議：

Since its inception 18 years ago, ASEM has witnessed deepening political dialogue, robust practical cooperation and extensive social and cultural exchanges. With expanding converging interests, ASEM members have grown into a community of shared responsibilities and destinies. The theme of this meeting, Responsible Partnership for Sustainable Growth and Security, is highly relevant. China stands ready to work with other ASEM partners in an open, inclusive and united spirit to foster the awareness of community, advocate unity and coordination, and actively build a new type of comprehensive partnership for peace and development between Asia and Europe. Along this line, I wish to make the following proposals:

— We need to jointly uphold peace, security, stability and development in Asia and Europe.

— We need to jointly promote connectivity and trade and investment liberalization in Asia and Europe.

— We need to jointly promote Asia-Europe cultural exchange and social development.
