各級法院審結危害國家安全、暴力恐怖犯罪案件1084件，判處罪犯1419人。
Chinese courts concluded the trial of 1,084 cases and convicted 1,419 criminals of harming state security and terrorist attacks in 2015.

加大對煽動分裂國家、組織領導參加恐怖組織、傳播暴力恐怖音視頻等犯罪的打擊力度。
The courts stepped up efforts against criminals who instigated secessionist activities; who led, organized and took part in terrorist groups; and who spread video and audio products about terrorism.

各級法院審結一審刑事案件109.9萬件，判處罪犯123.2萬人，同比上升7.5%和4%。
A total of 1.23 million people were found guilty in nearly 1.1 million criminal cases last year, a year-on-year increase of 4 percent and 7.5 percent respectively.

各級法院審結貪污賄賂等犯罪案件3.4萬件4.9萬人，被告人原為廳局級以上干部的134人。
Chinese courts concluded 34,000 graft trials in 2015 with about 49,000 people involved in the cases, the figure included 134 officials at prefecture level and above.

各級法院審結民間借貸案件142萬件，標的額8207.5億元。正確把握民間借貸與非法集資的界限，審結非法集資、金融詐騙等犯罪案件5.8萬件，判處罪犯7.2萬人。
China's court system handled a total of 1.42 million cases concerning peer-to-peer lending in 2015. Courts at all levels correctly recognized the differences between P2P lending and illegal fund-raising, concluding 58,000 cases involving illegal fund-raising, financial fraud and other crimes, and convicting 72,000 criminals.

各級法院再審改判刑事案件1357件，糾正了一系列冤錯案件。
Chinese courts reviewed more than 1,357 criminal cases and corrected a number of wrongful convictions.

堅持“老虎”“蒼蠅”一起打、懲治預防兩手抓。全國檢察機關共立案偵查職務犯罪案件40834件54249人。
Chinese prosecutors began investigations into 54,249 officials, including both high-ranking "tigers" and lowly "flies," for suspected involvement in 40,834 graft cases in 2015.

依法對令計劃、蘇榮、白恩培、朱明國、周本順、楊棟梁、何家成等41名原省部級以上干部立案偵查，對周永康、蔣潔敏、李崇禧、李東生、申維辰等22名原省部級以上干部提起公訴。
A total of 22 Chinese ex-officials at ministerial level or above, including former leader Zhou Yongkang, were prosecuted last year while 41 were subject to formal investigations.

最高人民檢察院深入部署檢察機關保障新疆、西藏長治久安工作。與最高人民法院、公安部共同加強對辦理暴力恐怖和宗教極端刑事案件法律適用問題指導。
The SPP supervised prosecutors in Xinjiang and Tibet to better handle security-related problems, and worked with the SPC and Ministry of Public Security on proper application of law on terrorist attacks and criminal cases involving religious extremists.

自2014年10月開展專項行動以來，已從34個國家和地區遣返、勸返外逃職務犯罪嫌疑人124人，“百名紅色通緝令”中的17名重大職務犯罪嫌犯落入法網。
Chinese authorities managed to return to the country 124 corruption suspects previously on the run in a 17-month international manhunt that started in October 2014. The 124 suspects were repatriated or were persuaded to turn themselves in from 34 countries and regions. Seventeen out of 100 wanted fugitives listed in an Interpol "red notice" were also netted.

2013年核查出的羈押3年以上未結案的4459人下降到6人。
The number of suspects, placed in custody for more than three years without being charged, reduced from 4,459 in 2013 to six by 2015.

依法辦理南充拉票賄選案，對涉嫌犯罪的33人追究刑事責任。
A total of 33 people in southwest China's Sichuan Province were convicted of criminal offense during an electoral fraud in 2011 in the city of Nanchong.
