中央文獻(xiàn)重要術(shù)語權(quán)威英譯-法治篇

黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)通過的《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》，是我們黨第一個(gè)系統(tǒng)闡述依法治國重大理念和舉措的綱領(lǐng)性文件，對(duì)于國際社會(huì)全面了解中國特色社會(huì)主義民主法治建設(shè)之路具有重要意義。

全會(huì)文件內(nèi)容豐富、政治性強(qiáng)、專業(yè)性強(qiáng)，涉及大量法律術(shù)語和中國特色表述。本期發(fā)布的22條術(shù)語來自十八屆四中全會(huì)兩個(gè)重要文件：《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定》和習(xí)近平總書記《關(guān)于<中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國若干重大問題的決定>的說明》。

在選擇術(shù)語時(shí)，我們緊扣全面推進(jìn)依法治國這一主題，挑選了反映中國共產(chǎn)黨和中國政府依法治國理念和舉措的術(shù)語，既有宏觀性概念，比如“社會(huì)主義法治國家”；也有具體施政策略的表述，比如“法治國家、法治政府、法治社會(huì)一體建設(shè)”；也有專業(yè)性概念，比如“人民陪審員制度”。
